Who we are...

American-born and manufactured, Modern Farm Furniture Company was founded under the ideals of simple design.  Modern Farm Furniture Company was formed to provide affordable design for everyone, with honest craftsmanship, and sustainable materials. The owners, Ohio natives, Kiel and Kyle met in the Industrial Design program at Columbus College of Art & Design and discovered a mutual interest in furniture design. 
 
“Modern Farm’s goal is to provide well crafted, American-made furniture that won’t break the bank.  Our furniture is designed with simplicity to enhance any living space.  We wanted to make cool furniture that was actually affordable.  We thought, if they can do it; we can do it.  This idea evolved into Modern Farm.  We built our company knowing we would need some help, so we sourced our friends in the industry.  Not only does this allow us to keep a close eye on finish quality and materials, but it also allows us to keep costs low, while supporting the local economy.”
